The Fitness Gourmet is a half hour talk radio show devoted to all that’s news in food, nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness. We interview a wide variety of experts to get the most current information that science has to offer to ourselves and the world around us.
Cookbook authors, nutrition professionals, specialty food companies, doctors, aging gurus, farmers, and environmental specialists are just some of the experts we call upon to help us explore different topics each week. We think globally and act locally!
Patricia Greenberg is a nutritionist and chef who promotes wellness through food. She has a BS in Nutrition, a degree in Culinary Arts, and is a Certified Culinary Professional. Patricia runs the Fitness Gourmet, an educational consulting firm that specializes in teaching nutrition and healthy cooking nationwide. She has a special interest in enhancing the education of the general public, providing accurate nutrition and health information to today's consumer. Patricia is also the author of The Whole Soy Cookbook and Soy Desserts.
