It has been a long-standing dream of Ian Freebairn–Smith to produce a weekly radio program featuring the vast array of groups that specialize in close–harmony singing.
Every Wednesday evening from 7 to 8 o’clock, KCSN proudly presents Vocal Point, a continuing weekly hour celebrating all of the great groups, past and present, from the Merry Macs to the Pied Pipers, The Four Freshmen, Hi Lo’s, The Singers Unlimited, Manhattan Transfer, The New York Voices, Mel Tones, and Take 6.
And we’ll travel the world to hear Quarteto em Cy from Brazil, The Blue Stars of Paris, and lots more.
